9. Fees and charges for any of our services provided by Belly DanceAcademy/Shunya
School are subject to change from time to time. Cancellation fees are outlined on our
booking forms when appropriate.
Cancellation for one – one session is as follows: Cancellation of a coaching or discovery
session within 48 hours will result in forfeit of full fees. Failure to attend a scheduled
coaching or discovery session will incur full fee. All classes and courses are non
refundable.

10. The following goods and services are exempt from being refunded. These include:
Retreat/Courses/Session deposits, Courses, trainings and classes, Gift vouchers, Online products and programmes

11. Your use of this website/course/platform and any dispute arising out of your use of it is
subject to the law accordingly.

12. You may only use the website for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the
nature and purpose of the website.

13. These terms and conditions do not relate to your use of any product or service
described on our website/course/platform unless otherwise agreed. You must refer to the
individual warranty relevant to any particular product or service.

14. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time. Your continued use of
our website/course/platform following any such amendments will be deemed to be
conrmation that you accept those amendments.

15. You indemnify us from and against all claims, suits, demands, actions, liabilities, costs
and expenses (including legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) resulting from
your use of the website.

16. In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense including legal
costs and expenses (whether direct or indirect) incurred by you in connection with the use
of this website/course/platform.

17. Every effort is made to keep the website/course/platform up and running smoothly.
However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website/course/
platform being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

18. You take full responsibility for your mental, emotional and physical health while bring
our student. If we need to be aware of any health condition it is your responsibility to let us
know.
